Senior Backend Developer - Java

About Us

We are an international, Polish-American company called 300Brains, operating in the area of Information Technology with the aim of supporting international companies, primarily startups, in the implementation of their brilliant ideas.

We are seeking a back-end developer (Java) with 5 years of experience to work on servers and APIs powering mobile and web applications, as well as data infrastructure. The ideal candidate is versatile and willing to contribute to various aspects of the platform, including mobile clients and web dashboards.

What We Expect From You

  • At least 5 years of experience as Backend Java Developer
  • Strong expertise with Java
  • Experience with JEE, SQL, AWS, Spring Boot
  • Identification with Agile methodology in teamwork and proactive approach
  • Hunger for work and knowledge sharing
  • Leadership experience
  • Ease of communication and sense of humor
  • Experience working in small companies with a strong understanding of business requirements of the product, strong communication skills
  • Great communications skills, with excellent written and spoken English

Optional Skills

  • Proficiency with GCP and Heroku
  • TypeScript and React.js experience
  • Knowledge of Python, .NET or Go
