MRT-TCS Operations Analyst (DPRR HQ, Arlington Virginia or Telework)

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is an international, ISO 9001:2015 Certified, CMMI Level 3 Rated full-service provider with more than 36 years’ experience in the Federal, Military, and Commercial Marketplaces. SRI is seeking committed and passionate professionals to provide critical Program Management services to the Army’s Directorate of Prevention, Resilience and Readiness (DPRR) in Arlington, VA, overseeing the delivery of resilience and performance enhancement training to military service members, DA Civilians and their Families. 

Overview: Ready and Resilient Training Centers (R2PC’s) provide instruction in the areas of: resilience, positive psychology, and performance enhancement to U.S. Army and Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, their families and Department of the Army (DA) civilians at 35 Army Resiliency Training Centers within the United States and Overseas. The Operations Analyst, working at the DPRR HQ supports program operations and training coordination.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and process supply/equipment requisitioning, supply/equipment inventory management.
  • Coordinate travel authorization and expense report processing.
  • Conducts scheduling, prepares facility status reports and manages resources in an effective and cost-efficient manner.
  • Forecast required resources, to include financial, personnel, and logistical considerations for R2PC and DPRR HQ support. 
  • Develops and coordinates staff action packets requesting resources on an as needed basis. 
  • Provides professional customer service by determining client needs and solving problems.
  • Performs other responsibilities as required and supports contract work performance requirements.

Required Skills, Education, Experience & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, logistics, management or related field from an accredited institution 
  • At least five years’ experience working with the military as a military member, civilian, or contractor.
  • Applicants must successfully undergo a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) Tier 1 background investigation.
  • Organized and experienced multi-tasker.
  • Military Veterans and Spouses encouraged.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
