The Role:

As an Analytical Engineer at Flowie, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing millions of events to generate valuable business and sales insights. Your work will enable data-driven decision-making for both our customers and our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Data Management:
- Develop and maintain scalable data models to support the processing and analysis of millions of events.
- Implement efficient data integration pipelines to ensure data quality and consistency.
Business and Sales Insights:
- Perform detailed data analysis to generate actionable business and sales insights.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into key metrics for customers and the sales team.
Customer and Sales Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with customers and the sales team to understand their data needs and requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data solutions that drive sales and customer engagement.
Performance Optimization:
- Optimize data queries and processes for performance and efficiency.
- Implement best practices for data management and analysis to handle large-scale event data.
Innovation and Best Practices:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in data analytics and event processing.
- Propose innovative solutions to improve data analysis, reporting, and the generation of business insights.
Documentation and Training:
- Document data models, processes, and analysis methodologies.
- Provide training and support to end-users on data tools and best practices..
