How can you make an impact?

The CRM System Technical Analyst is responsible for understanding the business operations of Sales, Marketing, and Product teams as they relate to our CRM system Salesforce.com, and integrated systems. This position will specifically be focused on “Gainsight”, our customer success tool. The main tasks will be meeting with business teams to gather and document business requirements and leading SCRUM in an agile environment. The CRM systems analyst will be responsible for performing configuration, development, testing, building reports, and providing demos of functionality within the Gainsight tool. This position requires a technically minded person who understands data workflows with a solid understanding of SQL principles. Additional responsibilities will exist in Salesforce.com and Alteryx workflows. Team structure functions as a connector between business and technical teams, you must be able to work in both worlds while coordinating with other analysts on the team.

This is a remote position, open to applicants within the United States and requires up to 10% occasional travel for the year.

What you will do:

  • Focus on importing data from various source points, storing it in a relational model, and Being involved in external report building through tools like SQL, Alteryx, or Tableau
  • Communicate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Products to gather issues or enhancements desired for Gainsight and/or Salesforce.com (this requires providing solutions and ideas and documenting the requests in terms that both business and technical teams understand.)
  • Manage roadmap thru agile and lead SCRUM
  • Perform configuration, development and testing within Gainsight tool
  • Create reports and dashboards per business needs and to support testing and data quality efforts
  • Perform basic configuration setup in Salesforce.com as a Business Admin, backup SFDC analysts

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • A bachelor’s or advanced college degree in a related field such as business or technology.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience as a Gainsight Admin (customer success tool) performing configurations and development.
  • At least 1 year of usage experience of Salesforce.com, bonus for experience in report/dashboard building, and configuration setup.
  • At least 1 year of experience in project management and functional documentation, preference for Agile/SCRUM background.
  • Experience with SQL
  • Knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, or certifications in Salesforce business administration/reporting.
  • A strong background in analytical mindset and being able to think outside the box to recreate issues and propose solutions. This includes report building to support findings.
  • Emphasis will be on a person who works well with others and can embrace and leverage team diversity/strengths and can take directions from multiple team members.
  • Effective communication skills, verbal and written.
  • A highly organized, self-directed, with strong problem-solving skills, attentive to details, and multi-tasker.
  • Ability to work under tight timelines while managing several different projects within two-week sprints.
  • Experience with Marketo, Sales loft, Seismic or similar tools

The pay range for this position is between $50,000 and $75,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
