Job Title: Marketing Operations Specialist

Location: Remote

Working Hours: 40 hours/week (Full-Time)

Rate: $15-$20


Job Overview:

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing processes and driving efficiency in our campaigns. This position is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in marketing operations, particularly with expertise in utilizing Pardot. We are specifically seeking a candidate with hands-on experience in conducting a self-led audit of Pardot, implementing the platform, and maintaining its optimal performance. Please note that this role does not involve managing a team of marketing ops specialists, and the successful candidate will assume sole responsibility for Pardot operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a thorough audit of our current Pardot capabilities, leveraging self-led methodologies to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Optimize and configure Pardot to ensure seamless alignment with our marketing objectives, including integrations with SFDC, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Serve as the primary resource for ongoing Pardot support, ensuring campaigns are effectively operationalized and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the marketing ops team to identify and implement demand generation strategies that leverage Pardot's capabilities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand campaign goals, copy, design, and tracking requirements, ensuring effective collaboration throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of demand generation campaigns, from conception to execution and analysis.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Manager to outline the strategy for various marketing initiatives, with a specific focus on Pardot utilization.
  • Execute the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and messaging, while incorporating Pardot best practices.
  • Collaborate with the content team to transform strategic visions into compelling content assets that resonate with target audiences.
  • Guide the content creation process, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and key messages defined in Pardot.
  • Establish a robust system for tracking and reporting on campaign performance, utilizing Pardot's features to derive actionable insights.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and make recommendations for optimization based on Pardot analytics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing operations, with a focus on Pardot and a demonstrated ability to conduct self-led audits and implementations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in demand generation and campaign management within the Pardot platform.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Pardot or other relevant marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
