Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Directing and coordinating the work of the sales department.

2. Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve company goals.

3. Finding and attracting new customers, establishing long-term partnerships.

4. Managing and developing the sales team: training, motivating and controlling the work of employees.

5. Analyzing the market, competitors and customer base to identify new opportunities and trends.

Requirements:

1. Experience in sales and sales team management for at least 5 years.

2. Deep understanding of the sales process and a track record of successfully closing deals.

3. Strong leadership and communication skills.

4. Analytical thinking and decision making ability.

5. Knowledge of the consulting services market and experience in this field will be an advantage.

6. Basic computer skills and knowledge of software tools.
