Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for seller onboarding, establishing corporate tie-ups, managing our gift card program, and driving the entire sales cycle from lead generation to lead closing. We are looking for a self-starter and hustler who can thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Seller Onboarding:

  • Identify and onboard new sellers to expand our product offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with sellers to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

Corporate Tie-ups:

  • Research and identify potential corporate partners aligned with our brand and offerings.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with corporate clients to explore collaboration opportunities.

Gift Card Program:

  • Lead the development and implementation of our gift card program.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to promote and sell gift cards to individual and corporate customers.

Lead Generation to Lead Closing:

  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to successful deal closure.

Self-Starter, Hustler Profile:

  • Demonstrate a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to business development.
  • Take ownership of targets and deadlines, constantly seeking new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the online business and a passion for original and unique products/services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
