Job Description
  • Evaluation of entries from suppliers and customers, managed through an in-house IT system
  • Implementation of global material and product compliance requirements
  • Compliance with the threshold limits for regulated heavy metals in ELV Annex II (End of Life Vehicles Directive)
  • Tracking changes in the regulatory framework
  • Ensuring proper handling of REACH-SVHC (substance of very high concern) in the company
  • Declaration to SCIP (Substances of Concern In articles as such or in complex objects (Products))
  • Track the process to completion of the IMDS task
  • Relying on drawings to confirm the authenticity of the entries
  • Work with a range of IT systems to access information regarding the material composition of the parts
  • Assisting Quality department in evaluating entries from suppliers and customers
  • Support to suppliers and customers in order to correctly enter data into the IMDS online system
  • Timely completion of documents related to internal progress tracking
  • Evaluates, develops, updates and documents process improvement procedures
  • Performs all procedures and instructions resulting from international regulatory regulations and internal company manuals

Qualifications
  • University degree in Materials Science, Chemistry or Physics
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Fluency in English language
  • Experience with SAP would be considered a plus
  • Familiarity with IMDS would be considered a plus
