We're looking for an experienced Tax Reporting and Corporate Tax Compliance Manager to collaborate with the Global Tax Reporting and Tax Compliance Lead in overseeing and improving end-to-end compliance and reporting operations across the entire Group.

Handling Group Tax Disclosures/ Global Corporate Tax Compliance
Ensuring Group Tax are kept abreast of updates to global tax regulations
Managing Tax risks
Identifying, developing, and implementing process standardisation initiatives
Managing Tax technology integration projects
Collaborating with different functions
Managing different stakeholders
Preparing/ Group attestation of all aspects of the Company's worldwide statutory and consolidated income tax provisions and financial statement disclosures under IFRS and IFRS 102.
Drafting financial statements tax disclosures, including but not limited to tax accounting impacts to equity, income and non-income taxes and statement of cash flows.
Developing and implementing automated Global Tax Reporting software solutions
Implementing and delivering the best-in-class business-as-usual Tax Reporting Framework (Accruals, True-ups, Balance sheet Reconciliation)
Preparing supporting memos to defend CT/DT position on an ongoing basis
Conducting periodical business reviews to identify tax-impacting transactions
Ongoing review of ETR - optimise and improve
Establishing and maintaining robust controls and ensuring that the companie's income tax, accounting review and documentation processes and related systems are in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley internal control requirements, driving towards a best-in-class SOX infrastructure
Reviewing local country tax submissions / liaising with external advisors and internal financial controllers
Ensuring on-time filing of local country obligations
Being aware and reporting risks and tax optimisation opportunities
Managing and mentoring staff, encouraging a collaborative team atmosphere
Managing Tax controversy
BEPS P2 Readiness Project - operationalising compliance requirements / managing internal stakeholders / liaising with external advisors
Professional Tax and/or accounting qualification
Minimum of 8 years of Tax Accounting and Provision experience at multinational listed companies and/or Big 4 Accounting Firms
Excellent knowledge of IAS12 concepts and experience with financial statement reporting
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with highly experienced business and tax professionals in a start-up atmosphere
Self-starter with problem-solving and decision-making skills
The ability to work independently with a high level of initiative and judgement
Flexible mindset and willingness to embrace change
Proven ability to identify and manage tax risks and opportunities
