We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Hong Kong. The HRBP will play a crucial role in understanding the business and team dynamics of the supported groups, aligning human resources strategies with business objectives. This role involves enhancing the HR management capabilities of leaders, focusing on talent integration and development, and ensuring continuous communication and feedback. The HRBP will support team development by providing comprehensive HR solutions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. Additionally, the HRBP will facilitate effective communication within the organization and promote company culture and rapid business growth through interaction with management and employees.


Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of the business conditions and team operations of the supported groups, facilitating the effective implementation of HR strategies within business departments.
  • Enhance HR management capabilities of leaders, focusing on competency models, key talent integration, and development, ensuring ongoing communication and feedback.
  • Support team development with professional theories, methods, and tools, providing all-around HR solutions such as recruitment, training, performance, and employee relations.
  • Establish effective and diversified communication channels with management and employees to ensure smooth information flow and promote company culture and rapid business development.


Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources.
  • Experience as an HRBP in large IT/media/internet companies, with a preference for those who have supported marketing/ R&D systems.
  • Understanding of all HR modules (experience in independently handling the training module is a plus) and familiarity with national HR policies and regulations.
  • Self-driven, strong analytical skills, responsible, personable, and able to adapt to the fast-paced work environment of a rapidly growing company.
