Key responsabilities:
- Prepare and execute monthly payroll accounting
- Handle special cases in payroll such as students, interns, maternity leave/parental leave, pension plans, etc.
- Communicate with authorities, health insurance companies, and social security institutions
- Regularly collaborate with the HR-Operations team
