Overview
T he Senior Lead Support Engineer will be responsible to design, develop, debug, test, and unit test reliable, scalable, and efficient software applications Majesco’s Loss Control 360 product that uses the Microsoft development stack, including c#, dotnet framework, SQL server, etc. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on a variety of projects simultaneously with continual problem solving in a fast-paced environment. Candidates who can naturally excel in a position that is technical/analytically focused within established systems, standards and procedures will find satisfaction in this position.
Roles And Responsibilities
Design, develop, debug, test, and unit test high performance web applications used by global customers.
Work within the defined Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, coding standards and best practices
Perform peer reviews to help the team adhere to architectural guidelines and design best practices.
Work with leadership and team to breakdown large projects into manageable units of work.
Provide technical support to customers and end-users for our software and web applications.
Troubleshoot issues and resolve technical problems in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Develop technical and user documentation as needed.
Interact with the internal stakeholders (Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA testers, Architects, etc.), clients and team members.
Implement integration between product and other external systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
Participate in Agile software development methodologies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Participate in requirements grooming sessions to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
Assist management with technical overview of the team and provide mentoring of other developers.
Should have good communication and analytical skills.
Essential Skills & Knowledge
Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Technical
13+ years of experience with C# .NET
13+ years of experience with ASP.NET MVC
13+ years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
13+ years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with Entity Framework
Experience with Web APIs (SOAP/RESTful)
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Designing
Proven experience with planning, execution, vision, and success of complex technical projects
Creative mindset that suggests innovative solutions within the constraints of an existing application.
Behavioral

Ability to work independently, remotely, and as part of a team.
Experience working in Production Support supporting critical applications is needed.
Ability to juggle multiple project simultaneously.
