Experience supporting end-users in corporate environment, Knowledge of Windows 10, Mac OS & ITIL/ITSM best practices, Ability to troubleshoot software/hardware issues and lift 40+ pounds, Preferred degree in relevant field and IT certifications, Understanding of networking concepts and video conference troubleshooting.
Key responsabilities:
Provide front-line IT support, handle help desk tickets,assist new hires
Troubleshoot software/hardware failures, maintain PC equipment inventory
Conduct training programs for computer users, update documentation
Support conference rooms, assist with special projects as needed
Responsible for regular maintenance of PC equipment and relocations
