This is a remote position.

Employment Type: Commission-based (with potential for permanent role after 3 months)

Salary: Commission-based (can vary between $200- $4000 per month depending on the number of sales made)

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule meetings.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for Pluto Consultancy Services' services.
  • Present Pluto Consultancy Services' offerings in a compelling manner to prospects
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and initiating contact through cold calling to drive sales opportunities.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a cold calling or telemarketing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus
  • Strong internet connection of at least 50mbps
  • Laptop or MacBook with a minimum of 8GB RAM and at least 50 GB of free disk space
  • Professional headphones with microphone for clear communication
