Job description

This is a remote position.

Demonstrated experience building, evaluating and testing machine learning models
Strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning.
Lead deploying and managing ML models in a production setting
Strong programming skills with proven experience implementing Python-based solutions using good software engineering design practices
Familiar with common DS libraries (NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn)
Experience designing and evaluating ML A/B tests
Previous experience at a high-growth, fast-paced VC-backed startup, or tech lead position at a larger organization
Common ML frameworks (like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras), worked with text embeddings and transformer models
Collaborate with the development team to integrate AI capabilities into our products, using Python, NestJS, NextJS, React, Azure, and MySQL.
Continuously monitor and improve the performance of deployed AI services through A/B testing and performance analysis.
Lead the exploration and implementation of AI technologies to address industry-specific challenges.
Ensure models are scalable, efficient, and seamlessly integrated with our existing tech stack.
Stay abreast of AI/ML advancements and propose innovative solutions to enhance our offerings.
Strong grasp of mathematics and statistics concepts underpinning AI and machine learning.
Good understanding of optimizing data processing pipelines.
Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members.
Familiarity with Training of custom AI models like Detectors (YOLO), Classifiers, and Transformers.
Explore emerging AI technologies and stay current with the latest advancements to continually enhance our AI offerings.
Proven knowledge of text preprocessing, text analytics, RNN and LSTM.
Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP/NLU) technologies (e.g., HuggingFace, NLTK, Spacy, Flair) is must.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Total experience in AI/ML 6 to 10 years
Proven experience with LLMs and RAG, with a portfolio or projects demonstrating your expertise.
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with NestJS, NextJS, React, Azure, and MySQL.
Ability to translate complex AI/ML concepts into practical solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and learn new technologies quickly.
And able to drive the transformation in that space
A keen interest in the property market and leveraging AI to solve industry challenges.
