Job Description
Handle first party property cases from intake through trial or settlement.
Develop case strategies and manage case progress.
Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
Conduct initial consultations and ongoing client meetings.
Conduct thorough legal research.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and depositions.
Advocate passionately on behalf of clients in front of judges and juries.
Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel.
Prepare and participate in mediations and arbitrations.
Work closely with paralegals and other support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to firm strategy.
