JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/MAIN FUNCTIONS

Interact with Business leaders for upcoming projects/assignments and prepare functional specification documents (Requirement Document, Use cases, User stories, Data model, Test Cases, UI diagrams etc.).
Learn our business model and service offerings.
Interact and coordinate the meetings between business and Vendors, prepare minutes, action plan and track those actions to closure.
Escalate the issues in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
Interact with Sr. Project Manager on project escalations and reporting.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

8 years of Business Analyst experience in Banking Domain.
Experience with Software development life cycle (SDLC) and software development methodologies.
Experience with brokerage and investment banking processes is required.
The right candidate will possess superior customer service and support skills with prior experience in the banking/financial service industry.

DESIRED SKILLS

Past experience working for a bank or financial services company is ideal
Microsoft Project, MS Visio or other process flow tools.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills at technical and non-technical levels.
Attention to detail and quality of work.
Advanced troubleshooting skills.
