As a Project Manager at Resola Inc, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including software developers, designers, sales, customer success and clients, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while meeting the highest quality standards.

Note: this is a full-time position for a bilingual candidate in Japanese and English, for Japanese native or business level is required, work location is Tokyo, Japan in hybrid mode(WFH/office).

Responsibilities

Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stockholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Create and maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, schedules, milestones, and dependencies
Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and any changes
Manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately
Coordinate and facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members
Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure successful project completion, meeting all project objectives and client expectations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a technology or software development environment
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
Ability to clearly communicate in Japanese
Ability to clearly communicate in English
Experience with project management tools and software
Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
