Job description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for the growth of the practice, presales, RFP response, and POC for customer acquisition.
  2. Responsible for Proposals - Time & Effort estimation and solution providing.
  3. Taking ownership for quality of delivery of solution on project.
  4. Mentoring & Performance Management of team members
  5. Knowledge and skills enhancements (new functionalities/technologies) for team members
  6. Resource planning and deployment on projects, ensuring optimum utilization of resources.
  7. Retention & Career Development of Team Members
  8. Supporting in Resource Acquisition & Selection procedures.
  9. Decision-making on the rotation of SME/solution architects across projects is based on demands of delivery.
  10. Responsible for monitoring skill levels and improving the skills wherever necessary.
  11. Responsible for thinking and developing avenues for instilling and driving innovative ideas/ sharing of knowledge and creating challenging opportunities for the team
  12. Ensure adherence to Data Engineering standard Solutions by team members
  13. Ensure team members' compliance with internal processes.


As a member of Centre of Excellence

  • Answer Anaplan functionality-related queries across the projects.
  • Explore and understand new offerings/functionalities in the domain of EPM and be ahead of these functionalities.
  • Audit the Solutions proposed across the projects

Requirements

  1. 4+ Years of experience; Subject Matter Expertise in Anaplan and Business planning (FP&A, Supply Chain, HR, Sales- at least 2 of them) 
  2. Effective communicator and proactive planner with strong analytical, problem-solving solving, and organizational abilities.
  3. Assertive and solution-oriented with an ability to meet strict timelines and adhere to processes
  4. Proficient with Anaplan and its services 
  5. Should have performed POC/Demos/RFP response
  6. Should be well versed with estimation methodology and perform estimation in the sales process.
  7. Should be able to perform reviews & audits for the project phases and project documents.
  8. Excellent interpersonal skills, confidence and ability to interact professionally with people at all levels.
  9. Should know/experience on Project Implementation methodologies, like Agile Methodologies.
  10. Should be capable of being a Mentor in building teams and enhancing technical skills for the team.
