The Human Recruiter plays a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent within an organization. They are responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer and onboarding process. The Human Recruiter collaborates with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Screen resumes and application forms
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Promote the company's reputation as an employer of choice
Coordinate the hiring process, including negotiating salaries and preparing employment contracts
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Keept track of recruiting metrics
Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to provide analytical and well-documented reports
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes
