Mandatory skills*
  • Coordinate completion and administration of consulting agreements and facility vendors including janitorial and construction crews, while managing general office duties.
  • Evaluating processes and tools used by team
  • Write and maintain accuracy of department procedures
  • Develop process integration across PCS and our Partners
  • Monitor process execution and report against KPIs
  • Identify improvement can be made
  • Implement strategies to increase efficiency
  • Coordinate efforts between PCS and Partners
  • Operational compliance monitoring and reporting including incident and change
