Job Location: Remote
Salary: 70k Monthly Net + other allowances + additional commission on every role successfully closed.
Jemi Neil Consulting is currently expanding her team of HR Consultants and requires the services of a Junior Recruiter. The role is mostly remote (Work from Home) but scheduled client meetings & other sessions may require physical office presence.
The individual must have the following qualities:
- Exceptional at engaging people
- Good knowledge of Talent sourcing & recruitment
- Good knowledge of the use of ATS
- Possess the ability to network and source appropriately.
- Should be confident and well spoken
- Should be Street smart and have an eye for details.
- Tech Savvy
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 15 months of credible work experience (can be NYSC) in an HR Generalist role or Talent Sourcing/Recruitment.
- BA/BSC in any field
