Who you are.

Active Digital is seeking a Consultant who is well versed in client interaction and documentation to help with ongoing, part-time support over the next few months. The ideal individual will be someone who has availability throughout the work week to 'flex-in/out' to help the Engagement Leads help with meeting documentation, deliverable creation as well as discovery efforts. Through this work you will have a direct line to helping our client organizations to become more operationally efficient, empower their employees, implement winning strategies, unlock scale, and connect with customers through meaningful experiences that create and grow corporate value. We are looking for someone to do the following:

Directly work with executive level clients to help them solve their most mission-critical challenges.

Synthesize information and chart pathways that will drive a client's desired outcome.

Guide the project team, in an organized way, to help achieve the next milestone.

What you will need to be successful:

1-3 years of experience in a large consulting firm

2+ years of Professional Services experience

2+ years of experience heavily working within PowerPoint

Previously demonstrated exceptional teamwork and communication skills and the ability to interact with internal and client stakeholders at all levels throughout varies work cultures

Comfort with ambiguity and experience deploying frameworks and creating structures that mitigate client complexity

Understanding of and experience deploying solutions across core consulting capabilities, including but not limited to strategy development, business case development, roadmap creation, operating model design, organizational agility, change management, project management, process improvement, and customer experience

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

MBA
