Job description

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Advanced Social Worker to join a busy Hospital Discharge Team based in Greenwich.

This is a close-knit team with extremely supportive and experienced managers, capped caseloads, and excellent learning and development opportunities.

The ideal candidate for the Advanced Social Work role will have several years experience in a relevant team. You will be experienced undertaking assessments and undertaking timely discharges.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK licence
Post-qualified experience
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
