This position will work directly with hospital data systems to verify the accuracy of claim information and to supply any required documentation so that claims can be processed. Teamwork will be essential for this position. Representatives will need strong communication and organizational skills to gather and notate information. The position will require a thorough and detail-oriented approach so that all information is correct and available to other departments quickly.
Efficiency is key for this position. You must be organized and dependable.
Salary will be based on education and experience.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years’ experience in professional telephone communications preferred.
Strong typing and computer skills
Comfortable working with Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Great communication and teamwork skills
