You will work as a Specialist, from 1/7 supervising Business Manager Foundation. You are in contact with the whole Foundation. We are looking for the following skills: connecting collaboration, inspiring & influence, overcoming resistance, project management skills, and analytical ability;
Create insights by using the right tools and manage their impactful projects so that they can further contribute to a more sustainable future.
You and your job:
We are looking for an Impact Manager. As an Impact Manager, you will guide the organization in measuring and increasing its impact. You will support, steer and manage various impact management projects that are on the roadmap. In this role, it is essential that you understand the importance of the work and the role impact management plays in it. Creating insight into the impact and learning from it enables us to better invest in meaningful projects that realize a sustainable future. To realize this it is key to establish strong work relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement on impact topics, implementations, and decisions.
Practical examples:
In your work, you manage the implementation of their impact tools, like the Potential Impact Performance Model, and based on learnings determine how they can improve their decision-making and strategic approach. Co-workers can build on your experience to gain a better insight into the impact of the projects they support. You stay on top of the latest developments and trends on impact, translate them to opportunities for their way of working and further professionalize the way they manage the impact.
Top 3 responsibilities:

Steer and manage the impact strategy agenda and implementation;

Monitor external developments around impact measurement and management and, if relevant, translate them into internal changes or projects;

Support and engage co-workers in impact thinking and doing and act as project manager for impact management-related projects.

Experience with or knowledge of impact management frameworks/approaches and/or sustainable finance regulation;
- A strong personal connection with the mission and values of the Foundation and being able to translate this into your daily tasks and in the propositions;
- A networker and connector within an international and multi-disciplinary context;

Well organized and able to keep overview;

Excellent command of English; other languages can be an advantage.
