Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the company's U.S. operations, focusing on both online and offline sales and operations.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive B2B2C market expansion and increase market share in the U.S.
Oversee the brand's operations in the U.S. market, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and strategies.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to ensure long-term success.
Manage the overall financial performance of the U.S. operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and challenges.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or related fields within the technology or desktop laser cutting and engraving equipment industry.
Relevant background in technical education such as physics, mechanical engineering, electronics, or working experience in related industry.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and customers.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
Experience in managing both online and offline sales and operations is preferred.
