Job description

Are you a talented public relations professional with experience in community management? Our Fortune 500 financial client is seeking a PR Specialist to work within their Reputation Management department to assist with social media as part of the reactive PR team.

This is a year-long contract with a remote work option.

What You'll Do: - Help to manage the social media community and build goodwill for the brand while protecting the firm’s reputation. - Monitor LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter pages - Escalate issues to stakeholders - Respond to questions on social media - Manage and utilize the Hootsuite management - Participate in and provide a PR perspective to Social Listening, SEO and Insight meetings - Monitor social media - Contribute to the Digital Reputation Management program – reviewing privacy scans and Google results for the organization

To Be Successful, It'll Help If You Have: - Experience working in PR (hands on digital or social media marketing) - Exceptional communication skills - Strong knowledge of social media platforms and technologies such as Hootsuite, Cision, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and Instagram - Demonstrated project management skills
