Job description

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design digital products by employing a right mix of human-centred design processes and tools (e.g. mental models, user journeys, site maps, wire frames, task flows, user interface specifications, prototypes, and mockups) to foster intuitive user experiences across the product.
Establish product design and framework to ensure consistency across all user interfaces.
Employ suitable color schemes and layouts for each graphic.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and assess user requirements.
Strategically devise new features and functionalities based on user stories and behaviors.
Conduct thorough testing of graphics across diverse media and platforms.
Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, implementing layout adjustments based on user feedback, including responsiveness.

Requirements:

Bachelor or Master degree in Art/Design, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 5 years in human-centered design, and professional user experience/product design experience.
Strong UI and UX design ability.
Profound understanding of graphics and web design trends.
Prior experience in product development is preferred.
Eagerness to enhance expertise in UX and UI Design.
Impressive portfolio showcasing illustrations or other graphics.
Fluent English communication capability is a plus.
Regional design project experience is a plus.
Experience on branding design is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
