This is a MUST : Someone who knows New York Labor Law (NYLL) and Construction Defects (CD).

Sr. Claims Adjuster

Someone who knows New York Labor Law (NYLL) and Construction Defects (CD).

Looking for someone with at least 5 years' experience but most likely 10+ years' experience

Claims can range from $5,000 to $5 million. Majority being under $1 million.

Reserving Rights
95% of cases are litigated. Know how to deal with attorneys. Know the laws of different states
Need to fill out reports for all cases over $250K. Then present these reports to upper management for approval
