Job description

Position: Product Owner
Duration: 6 months CTH (No Visa Sponsorship)
Location: Remote

Key requirements for both positions:
  • Experience as a product owner with writing, managing, and accepting epics & user stories in an Agile environment
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing and QA responsibilities, including end to end testing
  • Ability to understand a business problem or ask and translate it into implementation requirements
  • Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting needs and communicate with stakeholders and leaders
  • Ability to lead a collaborative development team and provide direction
  • Prefer experience with deploying greenfield applications into production
  • Preferred tool experience: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, TestRail

Key requirements for 1st Team's PO
  • Business background- main stakeholders are business users
  • Able to facilitate business & leadership-facing workshops, discovery sessions, and product demos with little direction
  • Storytelling strengths to be able to promote the product to stakeholders, leaders, and other interested parties
  • Experience with mapping business process and user workflows
  • Experience with digital front-end and UI development, including collaboration with a UX designer

Key requirements for 2nd Team's PO
  • Support for the main integration service between all other project applications, internal booking engines, and external travel partners
  • Technical background- main application stakeholders are other product owners and developers
  • Experience managing integrations, both internal and external facing – general API knowledge (gRPC, Kafka)
  • Facilitation of internal planning workshops
  • Experience with mapping both business process and technical design workflows
  • Preferred knowledge of Decision Model and Notation tools
