We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer/Tech Lead/Architect with expertise in integration technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly focusing on Talend, ESB, and integration processes. As a Senior Software Developer,/Lead you will play a key role in designing and implementing ESB & ETL processes, optimizing integration solutions, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement ETL processes using Talend, ensuring efficient data mapping, transformation, and integration architecture.
Utilize your extensive knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) concepts to develop and implement robust integration solutions.
Optimize the performance of integration solutions, conducting performance tuning as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide effective integration solutions.
Develop and maintain REST APIs to facilitate seamless communication between systems.
Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, delivering high-quality software solutions within deadlines.
Lead both junior and senior developers within the project team, overseeing the delivery of their tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Talend, ESB, and integration technologies.
Proven experience in designing and implementing ETL processes using Talend.
In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) concepts and implementation.
Strong expertise in data mapping, transformation, and integration architecture.
Experience with performance tuning and optimization of integration solutions.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in Talend or relevant ESB technologies.
Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms.
Experience with message queuing systems and event-driven architectures( Kafka, Active-MQ etc).
Proficient in developing REST API
