Own the coordination of daily organizational tasks and reporting requests in support of Wantable’s marketing channels.

Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the tools and documentation used to organize the marketing schedule by ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date. This role will ensure that team members can consistently rely on this information to understand workload requirements, timing of requests, order projections and more. The role will also pull weekly reports as outlined by marketing channel leads.

Expected Outcomes:

Marketing team members will be able to reference workflow tools and scheduling documents for accurate and up-to-date information.
Creative team members have correct concise details regarding upcoming campaign requests.
Channel leads will be able to review reports and make decisions for upcoming campaign needs.
A set number of emails/week will be set-up and scheduled by Coordinator role.

Is flexible, fast thinking, able to pivot and adjust in response to to changing business needs
Is organized and demonstrates ownership of workload
Communicates (written, verbally) in a clear and concise manner
Possesses a strong attention to detail and is able to differentiate campaigns/tasks that can sometimes have minor but visible name differences.
Able to multi-task and consume/react to updates sent through several sources (chat, email, notifications, meeting notes, etc)
Is comfortable learning new technology and navigating different user interfaces.
Understands the basic set-up needs for email and sms marketing.

Responsibilities:

Complete all schedule and task updates for the marketing calendar in a timely manner.
Actively participate in team chats, emails, documents and meetings to obtain status updates and schedule changes.
Proactively update team members when there are schedule issues which need inputs from resources.
QA emails and SMS messages for accuracy prior to deployment.
Schedule email resends with minor updates such as subject line changes, audience changes.
Assist in weekly metric reporting needs to measure campaign success.
Maintain documentation for coupon expiration dates

Requirements:

1-3 years of relevant marketing and/or communications experience.
Ability to manage concurrent projects and deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure tools and documentation are accurate and error-free.

Bonus Points

Basic HTML skills: able to update links and images in email
Experience working in an Email marketing platform, SMS marketing platform or both.

Remote / In-Office requirements:

This position can be partial or fully remote; however some mandatory meetings and events will need to be scheduled in person at our office in Manila as directed by your supervisor.

Due to the remote nature of this role, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship. Resumes and communication must be submitted in English.

This role requires night/weekend adjustments and therefore doesn’t have set “business hours” however most operations, meetings, and work is expected to be done during business hours M-F central standard time.
