Job description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Cash Collection Specialist to join our esteemed client's team.

Responsibilities:
  • Diligently monitor accounts to identify overdue payments.
  • Initiate contact with debtors to collect payments for overdue invoices, resolve disputes related to deductions, or address any other outstanding debts.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare comprehensive reports on collection activities and the status of accounts receivable.
  • Take proactive measures to encourage timely debt payments.
  • Identify and address any potential issues and risks within the Cash Collection area.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in German (minimum B2/C1) and English (minimum B2) being essential.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including the flexibility to cover three shifts that start as early as 8 a.m. and end as late as 8 p.m., as well as one Saturday shift per month from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude that fosters a friendly and collaborative working environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow, as prior experience is not required, and comprehensive training will be provided.
