Role Name: Appointment Setter
Schedule:
Part-time Sunday to Wednesday anywhere between (10 AM to 7 PM) 20 hours per week

Responsibilities:
Contact leads generated through Facebook campaigns for ebook downloads
Book discovery calls with qualified prospects using the Monday.com platform
Follow up on pending leads that haven't been contacted yet
Engage with warm leads who have already shown interest in property investment education
Schedule appointments for the company's three-tiered sales process (strategy sessions, wealth creation sessions, and property presentations)
Maintain accurate records and updates in the lead management system
Work through a substantial backlog of 4,000 pending leads
Requirements:
Experience working with Australian clients and understanding of Australian culture
Strong communication skills suitable for engaging with everyday Australian families
Ability to work with appointment setting and lead management systems
Experience in financial services or property investment industry preferred
Comfortable using CRM platforms and soft phone systems
Proven track record in appointment setting or similar sales support roles
Scopes:
Handle leads generated at a rate of approximately 180 per week
Work with warm leads from ebook downloads rather than cold calling
Focus specifically on booking discovery calls, not conducting full sales presentations
Operate within established sales process framework with clear next steps
Work remotely using company-provided systems and Australian phone numbers
Collaborate with family-run team structure including directors and sales consultants
