Certified Diabetes Educator, Per Diem

Topography Health seeks a Certified Diabetes Educator to deliver brief (~15-minute) telehealth counseling sessions to participants enrolled in a multi-state obesity and type 2 diabetes clinical trial. In this per-diem role, you will provide evidence-based diabetes education and document each interaction in the clinical trial management system. The position includes approximately five hours of paid onboarding—covering Good Clinical Practice, protocol specifics, and technology set-up—and demands ongoing compliance with all regulatory and study requirements. Success hinges on your diabetes-management expertise, fluency with electronic documentation, commitment to patient safety, and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary research team. This is a per diem role, requiring 5-8 hours per week, and is expected to run from June of 2025-December of 2025.
