Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP HR (HCM) Consultant to support our ongoing HR system requirements on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SAP HR modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll. This is a flexible remote opportunity suitable for someone who can contribute a few hours weekly or work on a task-based model.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and support SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, TM, PY).

  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.

  • Provide support for day-to-day issues, change requests, and enhancements.

  • Assist with data migration, testing, and go-live support as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant data privacy regulations.

  • Create functional documentation and conduct user training when required.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of SAP HR/HCM functional consulting experience.

  • Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP HR implementation.

  • Knowledge of payroll localization (optional: specify countries if applicable).

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

  • Strong communication skills in English; other language skills are a plus.


Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with SuccessFactors integration.

  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori HR apps.

  • Debugging and coordination with ABAP teams.
