Digital Marketing Assistant

Location: Remote (Toronto-based team)
Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week)
Schedule: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST

Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to support our growing team in executing day-to-day digital marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about digital content, social media, and online advertising. The candidate should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital marketing within the real estate space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize performance

  • Develop and send email campaigns via Brevo CRM to engage our client base

  • Publish engaging news posts across platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Blog, Instagram, Google Business, and X

  • Cut and upload Reels and video content for social media channels

  • Actively engage with other social media accounts to grow our audience and increase visibility

  • Support other digital content and marketing initiatives as needed



Requirements

  • A strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation

  • Willingness and ability to learn quickly on the job

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude

  • Ability to manage time independently and work with minimal supervision

  • Familiarity with real estate, investment, or professional services industries is a plus but not required


Preferred Qualifications

While these are not mandatory, familiarity with the following platforms will be a strong asset. Training will be provided as needed.

  • Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager

  • Microsoft Clarity

  • Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar video editing software)

  • Canva

  • Brevo (email marketing platform)
