Job Description

Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: 3 months
Work set up: Remote (20 hours per week / 4 hours per day)

Our client, a leader in financial services, is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Specialist to help manage and improve their automated marketing journeys, especially email and WhatsApp. These journeys are important for growing customer relationships and reducing cold calling. 

You’ll work hands-on in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, helping to build, manage, and optimise customer journeys. You won’t need to do any copywriting or design - this role is focused on technical setup, automation, and data use. You’ll work with internal teams and external partners to make sure everything runs smoothly.

What you will do: 

  • Set up and manage marketing journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (email, SMS, WhatsApp).
  • Use customer data to personalise communications and improve engagement.
  • Support campaigns aimed at growing, keeping, and reactivating customers.
  • Work closely with other teams to keep data clean, accurate, and useful.
  • Track performance and suggest improvements to make campaigns more effective.
  • Make sure all marketing activity follows company policies and data privacy rules.
  • Collaborate with vendors and teams to solve issues and keep things running efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (a postgraduate qualification is a plus).
  • 3 - 5 years of CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
  • Experience managing customer journeys and automated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong skills in working with customer data and segmentation.
  • Comfortable working with vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Previous experience in digital or online marketing is beneficial.
