Domain: Telecom – Network Inventory Management

Role: SME/ Developer

Key Skills: Experience on Amdocs Cramer Suite

Experience: 3-5 years

Mandatory:

Experience on design and integration of Inventory management system - Amdocs Cramer (Modules like Resource Manager, Wizard Customization, Sync Engine, Task Engine, Delivery Engine, Configurator, etc.)

· 1. Strong Telecom knowledge in the area of inventory management and OSS domain and overall E2E integration experience

· 2. Good Experience in various NMS/EMS is a plus

· 3. Prior Telecom experience in 2G/3G/4G/5G (and related integration with OSS/BSS)

· 4. Hands on in Oracle, MySQL database / PLSQL etc

· 5. Prior experience in programming e.g Java, JavaScript, UNIX scripting

· 6. Excellent troubleshooting & analytical skills

· 7. Exposure to DevOps

· 8. Highly customer-focused and always eager to find a way to enhance customer experience

· 9. Excellent communication and presentable
