Requirements
Client Management & Communication
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring needs are met with clarity and consistency.
  • Manage all client communication—email, Slack, meetings—with a proactive and professional approach.
  • Understand each client’s brand, goals, and social landscape to ensure all deliverables align with their strategy.
  • Route creative work through internal and client approvals, consolidating feedback and providing clear direction to teams.
Project Management & Execution
  • Partner with project managers to build timelines, scope work accurately, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Track points, pacing, and budgets across active projects to ensure profitability and high-quality delivery.
  • Maintain internal documentation, including trackers, call decks, and ideation docs to support alignment and efficiency.
  • Support weekend and holiday inbox coverage as needed to deliver white-glove client service.
Creative Strategy & Innovation
  • Contribute ideas for upcoming campaigns, milestones, and activations based on client objectives.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and content innovations to bring fresh thinking to the table.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine creative concepts, ensuring they meet both client standards and industry best practices.
