We are seeking a motivated Competency Management Trainee to join our worldwide R&D team. This internship position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in competency management in our worldwide R&D organization.

Assist in the development and maintenance of competency frameworks for various roles within the organization
Support the implementation of competency-based learning initiatives
Collaborate with worldwide R&D team members to gather and analyze competency data
Help create and update competency profiles for different job positions
Assist in generating reports and presentations on competency-related metrics
Contribute to the continuous improvement of competency management practices

Qualifications
