Job Title: SDR Manager
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 3500 USD
(Compensation Structure: Includes a performance-based bonus equivalent to 25% of total on-target earnings (OTE)

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

We're looking for a quota-driven, coaching-obsessed SDR Manager to own the entire meetings-booked engine. You'll lead and scale a pod of SDRs who write personalized cold emails that land job interviews for candidates. If you live for sales metrics, love developing reps, and can instantly spot a weak subject line, this is your seat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver against a team-wide meeting (interviews) booked quota.
  • Lead daily standups and weekly 1:1s to drive rep accountability and growth.
  • Review and iterate SDR copy, cadences, and tests every week.
  • Enforce CRM hygiene and ensure outreach funnel data is tracked cleanly.
  • Perform regular QA checks and produce a weekly performance dashboard.
  • Hire, onboard, and ramp new SDRs with a focus on quality and speed.
  • Collaborate with automation specialists on tools, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Partner closely with Career Coaches to ensure interview conversion and tighten feedback loops.


Expected Results:

  • Double the number of interviews booked per week by Day 75.
  • Achieve a 2x improvement in cold email reply rate.
  • Team NPS of 8/10 on quarterly internal survey.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years managing a pod of 5-10 SDRs/BDRs with cold email as the primary pipeline.
  • Proven success improving team meeting quota or reply rates by 20%+.
  • Fluent in CRM tools and cold outreach platforms.
  • Metrics-obsessed: You spot bottlenecks and fix them with data.
  • Servant leader mindset; in the trenches daily, helping the team succeed.
  • High accountability: You own the quota as much as your team does.
  • Skilled in giving and implementing tactical feedback.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales bootcamps.
  • Have personally used cold email to land jobs or opportunities.
  • Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, or AI personalization tools.


Compensation & Benefits:
