Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Flexible schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours
Weekly Meeting: Required every Wednesday from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM EST
Total Weekly Hours: 20–25 hours

You’ll be responsible for managing strategic communications, optimizing executive operations, and supporting key initiatives that drive company success. Key Responsibilities
  • Execute strategic outreach campaigns using provided contact lists and messaging templates

  • Create and refine professional presentations for executive use

  • Conduct targeted online research to support strategic and scientific initiatives

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating virtual meetings

  • Monitor and organize executive email communications

  • Develop and maintain accurate business documentation

  • Coordinate virtual meetings across multiple platforms

  • Provide support for additional administrative and operational projects as needed


Qualifications
  • Proven experience in administrative support or as an executive assistant

  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, etc.)

  • Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours

  • Microsoft Office experience is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

  • Professional demeanor and interpersonal communication skills

  • Biology degree and/or experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries (REQUIRED)
