  • Part-time (9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday)

Take on an integral role in maintaining financial accuracy and compliance for a respected CPA practice. This position offers the opportunity to work with sophisticated financial data while supporting the firm’s growth initiatives. You’ll handle essential bookkeeping functions with autonomy while working closely with firm leadership to ensure precise financial record-keeping.


Responsibilities

  • Manage financial transactions and records in QuickBooks

  • Support multiple business entities as needed
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all records
