Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Part-time (20 hours/week minimum)
  • Tuesday - Wednesday 10 am - 7 pm AEST with 1 hr unpaid break (8 paid hours per day) and Thursday 10 am-2pm (4 hours paid work) total hours 20 per week
  • Client Timezone: Australia (inferred from business location)

Job Description: 

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Website Product Administrator to play a crucial role in our digital expansion. In this position, you’ll be responsible for implementing and managing our online booking system, working with cutting-edge travel industry technology to create seamless booking experiences for customers. This role offers the perfect blend of systematic work and travel industry exposure, where your attention to detail will directly impact the company’s digital success. You’ll be working with a sophisticated booking widget system that connects to real-time travel inventory, making exciting global travel experiences accessible to customers.


Responsibilities: 
  • Create and configure booking widgets through our premium travel wholesaler platform
  • Execute precise step-by-step processes to generate product-specific booking capabilities
  • Implement and integrate booking widgets into our WordPress-based website
  • Manage product listings including high-quality image uploads and content placement
  • Ensure accurate data transfer and content population across all product listings
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail while handling multiple product configurations
  • Follow standardized procedures for consistent widget implementation
  • Collaborate with management to ensure proper product presentation and functionality
