Job Description

Take ownership of comprehensive bookkeeping operations across multiple business entities in this dynamic retail environment. You'll be the
financial cornerstone of a growing operation, managing everything from daily transactions to complex reconciliation. You'll have the autonomy to optimize financial processes while ensuring accuracy across multiple business entities.


Responsibilities
  • Enter and reconcile sales data from point-of-sale software to QuickBooks
  • Process and enter vendor invoices
  • Manage accounts payable and process bill payments
  • Perform bank account reconciliation
  • Reconcile merchant services accounts
  • Handle credit card reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate financial records across multiple business entities
  • Ensure data consistency between POS system and QuickBooks

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of US accounting/bookkeeping experience
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems
  • Demonstrated reconciliation skills
  • Understanding of US tax laws and IRS requirements
  • English language fluency
  • Experience handling multiple business entities preferred
