Job Description
Take ownership of comprehensive bookkeeping operations across multiple business entities in this dynamic retail environment. You'll be the
financial cornerstone of a growing operation, managing everything from daily transactions to complex reconciliation. You'll have the autonomy to optimize financial processes while ensuring accuracy across multiple business entities.
Responsibilities
Enter and reconcile sales data from point-of-sale software to QuickBooks
Process and enter vendor invoices
Manage accounts payable and process bill payments
Perform bank account reconciliation
Reconcile merchant services accounts
Handle credit card reconciliation
Maintain accurate financial records across multiple business entities
Ensure data consistency between POS system and QuickBooks
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of US accounting/bookkeeping experience
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks
Experience with point-of-sale systems
Demonstrated reconciliation skills
Understanding of US tax laws and IRS requirements
English language fluency
Experience handling multiple business entities preferred
