Appointment Setter

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Learning & Training:
    Participate in comprehensive training sessions to learn appointment setting best practices.
    Gain knowledge of company services, products, and target audience.
    Develop effective communication strategies and techniques for engaging potential clients.
    Work closely with mentors and supervisors to refine appointment-setting skills.
  • Appointment Setting:
    Contact potential customers via phone, email, or online platforms to schedule appointments.
    Coordinate and manage the calendars of sales representatives to optimize schedules.
    Ensure timely follow-ups and confirmations for scheduled appointments.
    Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, and client details in CRM systems.
  • Sales Rep Support:
    Act as a liaison between prospects and sales representatives, ensuring smooth communication.
    Provide necessary details to the sales team before scheduled meetings.
    Monitor appointment outcomes and relay important feedback to the team.
    Assist with additional administrative tasks related to appointment management and sales coordination.
