Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Specialist Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in pursuing a career in recruitment and wants to gain hands-on experience in the field.

As a Recruitment Specialist Intern, you will work closely with our experienced recruitment team to assist in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. You will also have the opportunity to learn about different recruitment strategies and techniques, and gain insight into the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings Conduct initial phone interviews and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Update and maintain candidate databases
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Assist in creating job postings and advertisements
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings
• Assist in onboarding new hires and collecting necessary paperwork
• Learn and utilize various recruitment tools and software
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Provide support to the team with various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• EXCELLENT COMMAND OF ENGLISH IS A MUST
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus, but not required
