Responsible for leveraging cutting edge technology to solve business problems by participating in all phases of the development process from inception through transition, advocating the agile process and test-driven development, using object-oriented development tools to analyze, model, design, construct and test reusable objects, and making the codebase better.
Contract Duration: 7 Months
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field
Knowledge of supply chain concepts, with work or internship experience applying those concepts.
Negotiating and influencing skills.
Ability to be self-directed and resourceful with the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous tasks with exhibited follow through and initiative.
Understanding and use of technical tools for analysis, problem solving, forecasting and quality improvement.
High ethical standards.
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization.
Physical ability necessary to safely and successfully perform the essential functions of the position, with or without any legally required reasonable accommodations that do not pose an undue hardship. In-office attendance required four days per week.

One or more relevant prior roles
Business understanding, particularly in the application of policies and procedures
Coupa working experience.
What You Will Be Doing
Review free form quotes and requisitions for accuracy and contractual compliance.
Assist end-users with accurate initiation of requisitions.
Manage catalogs working with third parties and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, correct permission availability, and approval of price and product updates.
Manage resellers and their processing of software renewals.
Conduct electronic RFQs for new product purchases.
Negotiate non-disclosure agreements and low spend contracts.
Assist users with invoice errors, purchase order corrections, and system use questions.
Support critical meetings in person, when possible
Dress appropriately for each day's responsibilities
When in the office, typically wear business casual
For virtual meetings, please have your camera on and be dressed professionally
Communication
Respond to emails and messages within a reasonable period of time (24 office hours)
Use empathy when communicating with colleagues and coworkers
Ask questions, especially if you don't understand
Bring ideas forward to challenge the status quo
Collaborate, support each other, take time to develop, and have fun
Proactive in taking ownership and driving initiatives forward
